Chemical Engineer

We are looking for teammates who have graduated from Chemistry or Chemical Engineering programs to join our company’s advanced materials processing, inorganic chemical processes, and high-purity product development activities.

The selected candidate is expected to contribute to the execution, development, and improvement of laboratory and production processes through technical studies and process optimization efforts.

Job Description

Support the monitoring, development, and improvement of chemical processes in laboratory and production environments.

Participate in technical studies related to production, separation, and purification operations used in chemical processes.

Take part in experiment planning, sample preparation, data collection, and evaluation of results.

Perform analysis, quality control, and process evaluation activities for chemical raw materials and products.

Monitor production parameters and process performance, contributing to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare and maintain technical reports, experimental plans, process flow diagrams, procedures, and other technical documentation.

Ensure laboratory and process activities are conducted in compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Contribute to maintaining laboratory organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations.

Work on the development, optimization, quality control, and documentation of chemical processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge of fundamental principles of general chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, and chemical engineering.

Interest in laboratory work, chemical analysis, process monitoring, and quality control applications.

Understanding of chemical processes, basic laboratory and production operations, mass and energy balances, separation, and purification processes.

Knowledge of instrumental analysis and characterization techniques is preferred.

Strong analytical thinking, technical data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.

Awareness of occupational health and safety, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.

Careful and organized approach to technical documentation and reporting.

Ability to read and understand technical English at a good level.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of data analysis tools and, preferably, process simulation software is an advantage.
